Arifureta Synopsis

The anime is about a high school student named Hajime who, along with his classmates, is transported to another world. While his classmates gain potent abilities, Hajime gets a common one – the power to transform objects.

Feeling disappointed, Hajime decides to work harder than everyone else. They all enter a dungeon, but a big accident happens, and they face a powerful monster. Despite feeling worthless, Hajime tries to distract the monster using his ability to create spikes from the ground.

His friends help by attacking from afar with magic, but it accidentally destroys the bridge. Hajime almost makes it to safety, but a magic attack targets him and knocks him out along with the monster.

Hajime is lucky to survive and finds himself in a deeper part of the dungeon with 100 floors filled with strong monsters. Despite feeling despair, he promises to return home no matter what.

Hajime’s kindness changes as he does whatever it takes to achieve his goal. However, deep down, he remains a kind person. Throughout his journey with others, he slowly regains his kindness while searching for a way back to his original world.
