Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto Online players will soon be able to purchase three new police vehicles: the Stanier LE Cruiser, Unmarked Cruiser, and Police Riot. Each vehicle has specific unlock criteria that must be met before they become available for purchase:

- Stanier LE Cruiser: Survive a 3-star wanted level for 5+ minutes. Then available for $4 million ($3.5 million trade price)
- Unmarked Cruiser: Scope out Mission Row as part of the Gangbanger Robbery. Then available for $3.9 million ($3 million trade price).
- Police Riot: Lose a 4-5 star wanted level naturally. Then available for $4.8 million ($3.6 million trade price).
This unprecedented ability to own police vehicles has excited GTA fans. However, the unlock criteria mean players still need to put in some effort. The Stanier may be the easiest to acquire since experienced players can maintain 3-star wanted levels for over 5 minutes.

It will be interesting to see how players utilize these new police vehicles, especially the Police Riot, for chaos and strategic purposes in online missions and heists. But they’ll have to work to earn these new prizes.
