Currently in development at LIDEN Films, the new adaptation of Samurai X generates excitement as it reboots the beloved series. An official trailer has been released, featuring the captivating opening theme titled “Hiten” by Ayase and R-Shitei (Ayase✕R-Shitei).

Fans can also feast their eyes on an unprecedented visual that has been unveiled, adding to the anticipation.

This production aims to faithfully depict the events of Nobuhiro Watsuki’s acclaimed work, starting from its initial arc. It promises to bring to life the captivating story that has captured the hearts of many.

For those eager to get an early glimpse, an advance screening is scheduled at Anime Expo on July 3. The event will feature appearances by producer Masami Niwa and the talented actors Sōma Saitō (portraying Kenshin Himura) and Rie Takahashi (bringing Kaoru Kamiya to life).
