Netflix has announced that it will begin streaming Season 1 Fourth Part of the anime series Shaman King on May 26th. A trailer has also been released.
The anime ended its Japanese TV broadcast run in 2021, after premiering in April 2021. A sequel has been announced.
This new anime is the second adaptation of Hiroyuki Takei’s manga. According to Netflix, the show follows a story about a high-school boy who meets many different people and supernatural creatures on his journey.
The story follows Yoh Asakura, a shaman who is a medium between the living and the dead. He enters the Shaman Fight- which occurs every 500 years to get in touch with the Great Spirit and become Shaman King, someone capable of reshaping the world at will.
