“Jujutsu Kaisen” is a popular Japanese manga and anime series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. The story revolves around Yuji Itadori, a high school student with exceptional physical abilities, who stumbles upon a cursed object containing a malevolent curse known as a “Cursed Charm.” When his friends inadvertently unseal the charm, they release a wave of curses into their world.
To save his friends and prevent further chaos, Yuji consumes the cursed object and becomes a host for Sukuna Ryoumen, a powerful and evil Curse. While he manages to retain control of his body, Yuji finds himself entangled in the world of Jujutsu Sorcerers, who combat curses using ancient and mystical techniques known as Jujutsu.
Yuji joins the Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School, where he meets Satoru Gojo, a skilled Jujutsu Sorcerer, and other students. He learns about the existence of Cursed Spirits, malevolent beings born from negative emotions and energy, and the only way to defeat them is through mastering Jujutsu techniques.
As Yuji trains and battles Cursed Spirits alongside his fellow students, he discovers the dark and complex world of curses, their origins, and the interconnected web of sorcerers and supernatural forces. The series explores into themes of power, sacrifice, and the moral dilemmas faced by those who wield dark forces to protect humanity.
