In an official statement, it was announced that ‘ Star Wars: The Mandalorian ‘ will receive its own manga in the pages of Big Gangan, Square Enix’s publishing arm. The script is written by Yūsuke Ōsawa.
The release date for the first chapter is confirmed for May 25th in Japan, and the idea is to retell the story of the acclaimed series, perhaps adding new elements.
The Mandalorian has two seasons on Disney+. It was created by Jon Favreau, and episodes were scripted and directed by Dave Filoni.
The third season will bring several surprises, including the participation of Christopher Lloyd from ‘ Back to the Future ‘ in a mysterious role.
