Unlike other demons, Nezuko possesses a unique trait—immunity to sunlight, earning her the title of “The Chosen Demon.” While the show doesn’t explicitly explain this immunity, theories suggest a connection to the Sun Breathing technique.
Although not directly linked to the technique’s creator, the Kamado family, Yoriichi Tsukiguni, practices Sun Breathing in a ritual ceremony every new year. This lineage connection may explain why Nezuko’s Blood Demon Art is fire-based.
