The story of World’s End Harem is set in a world that has been ravaged by the MK Virus, known as the “Man Killer” virus, which has led to the demise of all males on Earth. However, Reito Mizuhara is one of the rare few men in Japan who have developed immunity to this deadly virus.
In a bid to ensure the survival of humanity, Reito is compelled to participate in a reproduction program. While navigating the mysteries surrounding the MK Virus, he is also determined to find his girlfriend, Elisa, who has mysteriously disappeared.
